Dr. Binar Kurnia Prahani, S.Pd., M.Pd., lahir di Banyuwangi pada tanggal 13-05-1990 adalah dosen di Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Dalam 1 tahun terakhir, mengampu 52 matakuliah. Sudah melakukan pengabdian sebanyak 17. Sudah mempublikasi Artikel Ilmiah dalam jurnal sebanyak 221. Memiliki karya buku sebanyak 10. Menjadi pemakalah seminar ilmiah sebanyak 27.
